Similar to processed chocolates, you can enjoy raw cocoa in many ways, including in your pie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.organictrader.com.au\/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fnataliezee.com&amp;id=eabf&amp;rcpt=ameliapr%40organictrader.com.au&amp;tss=1618101824&amp;msgid=f50db692-9a5e-11eb-8c59-1548ec6c7a84&amp;html=1&amp;h=44ca76d2\">Natalie Zee<\/a>&nbsp;has created this superfood recipe for those who crave that sweet indulgence!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00bd cup pitted dates (chopped finely)&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 cup raw macadamias (chopped finely)&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd cup raw cashews (chopped finely)&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp; tsp salt&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 cup shredded coconut&nbsp;<\/li><li>3 tsp coconut oil&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 tsp finely grated orange peel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 large ripe avocados<\/li><li>3\/4 cup Power Super Foods&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.powersuperfoods.com.au\/cacao\/cacao-power-raw-powder.html\/\">Cacao Powder<\/a><\/li><li>1 tsp organic vanilla bean paste<\/li><li>2\/3 cup Power Super Foods Coconut Sugar<\/li><li>2 tbsp of melted Power Super Foods Cacao Butter<\/li><li>Fresh berries, to serve<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base<\/strong>\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Mix all ingredients.<\/li><li>Press into lined cake tin base or pie plate and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes (If the base doesn\u2019t look as though it will stick, add 1-2 tsp of water to mix and a little more coconut oil).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Top\t<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Blend all ingredients till smooth and creamy.<\/li><li>Taste the mix; add more cacao powder or coconut sugar to get desired taste.<\/li><li>Spread mix on top of base.<\/li><li>Chill for 1-2 hours, use a sharp knife to cut small slivers (it\u2019s very rich).&nbsp; Enjoy!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>To find out more about the benefit of Cacao, read our interview with Power Super Foods <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellbeing.com.au\/being\/cacao-superfood\/\"><em>here<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cacao has a lot of benefits and it is a great superfood to have when you want that chocolate taste without the guilt.
