{"id":875,"date":"2022-08-01T10:58:15","date_gmt":"2022-08-01T00:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wellbeing.com.au\/being\/?p=875"},"modified":"2022-08-01T10:58:15","modified_gmt":"2022-08-01T00:58:15","slug":"made-with-muesli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wellbeing.com.au\/being\/made-with-muesli\/","title":{"rendered":"Made with Muesli"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Banana &amp; Muesli protein bread\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Makes: 1 loaf\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 large bananas (1 cup + 1\/3 cup mashed)<\/li><li>2 tbsp coconut oil<\/li><li>3 tbsp sweetener of choice<\/li><li>1 tbsp vanilla extract<\/li><li>1 tsp apple cider vinegar<\/li><li>2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal <\/li><li>+ 6 tbsp water, combined)<\/li><li>1 tbsp coconut cream<\/li><li>1 cup chickpea, buckwheat, oat or almond flour<\/li><li>\u00bd cup protein powder<\/li><li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li><li>\u00bc tsp salt<\/li><li>\u00be cup Brookfarm Natural Muesli Macadamia Cranberry<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Preheat oven to 175\u00b0C and grease and line a loaf tin. Combine the dry ingredients (except the muesli) in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl.<\/li><li>Stir the wet ingredients into the dry, then fold in muesli and mix until just combined.<\/li><li>Pour the batter into the loaf tin and top with a little extra muesli.<\/li><li>Bake for 40 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.<\/li><li>Allow to cool in the tin for 5 mins before taking it out to cool completely, then serve.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brookfarm Natural Muesli is packed full of 15 all-natural premium ingredients including sustainably-sourced Australian macadamias, antioxidant-rich cranberries and fibre-rich brans for gut health.
