Orange and Sultana Overnight Oats

This tasty breakfast is so simple to make and provides your kids with plenty of dietary fibre and slow-release complex carbs to support their digestive health and to supply them with energy for their busy day ahead. Oranges are a rich source of immune-boosting vitamin C, and yoghurt is full of probiotic goodness, which promotes better digestion and immunity.

Orange and Sultana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole oats
  • Juice 2 oranges
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sultanas
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup natural yoghurt

Method


  • Place oats, orange juice, cinnamon, sultanas and seeds in container, stir and leave in fridge overnight.
  • Next morning stir through yoghurt and top with seeds, then serve.
