Berry Avocado Smoothie

  • ¼ avocado, peeled & pitted
  • ½ cup berries
  • ⅓ cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Gut Cleanse powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 10 almonds
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add additional avocado if you prefer it creamier. Serve.

Apple Cinnamon Porridge

  • ¼ cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 small apple, cored & diced
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup almond or macadamia milk
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Liver Cleanse powder
  1. Add all ingredients to saucepan (except Liver Cleanse powder) and stir on medium heat for about 10 mins or until creamy and remove from heat.
  2. Allow to sit for 5 mins and stir through the Ultimate Liver Cleanse powder and serve immediately.

Green Matcha Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Body Cleanse powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Berries, to serve
  1. In blender, combine all ingredients except chia seeds and berries and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl or jar and stir through chia seeds. Cover and allow to set in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with berries and serve.

Nut Butter Protein Bars

Method

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 5 scoops Ultimate Liver Cleanse powder
  • ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, macadamia)
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Chopped nuts or melted dark chocolate (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients (except chopped nuts or melted dark chocolate, if using) to food processer and blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick to process, add a dash of water.
  2. Transfer mixture to lined baking tray, pressing down firmly and evenly.
  3. Add optional chopped nuts or chocolate then transfer to freezer to set.
