Ingredients

  • ¼ avocado, peeled & pitted
  • ½ cup berries
  • ⅓ cup almond or coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Gut Cleanse powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 10 almonds

Method


  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add additional avocado if you prefer it creamier. Serve.
