I was live on The Morning Show a few weeks ago for Urban Remedy, presenting three lovely smoothie recipes, so I thought I’d share them with you.

Preparation tip
For all of the above recipes, chill the liquid component – coconut water or tea – in the fridge for half an hour (or overnight if you prefer). For the teas, simply brew them, remove the tea bag or leaves, and then pop them in the fridge in a jug, glass or mason jar. The rest is easy: just chop your ingredients, chuck them in the blender, blend, serve and enjoy.
