So we teamed up with Organic Merchant to bring you our favourite self-care recipes to nurture your mind, body and soul \u2014 you can thank us later&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Our friends at Organic Merchant believe the ritual of taking a bath can be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellbeing.com.au\/curious\/power-of-tea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restorative, healing practice<\/a>. Baths are an essential part of a self-care and wellness routine and can be especially enhanced when you combine traditional bath minerals with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellbeing.com.au\/curious\/winter-tea-organic-merchant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organic herbal ingredients<\/a> like organic rose petals.<\/p>\n<h2>Homemade Bath Recipe with Oats &amp; Rose Petals<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Organic oats, rolled or instant<\/li>\n<li>Epsom salts<\/li>\n<li>Dried rose petals (buy them online at organicmerchant.com.au)<\/li>\n<li>Storage container (preferably glass)<\/li>\n<li>Muslin drawstring bag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Layer the oats, Epsom salts and dried rose petals in a glass jar in equal amounts. Cap tightly and store until you are ready to use.<\/li>\n<li>To use, measure 3-4 tbsp of bath salts and place into a muslin drawstring bag.<\/li>\n<li>Place the bag in your bath as you fill it with warm water.<\/li>\n<li>Relax in the bath for 30-40 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>When you\u2019re ready to get out, pat the skin dry (don\u2019t rub) so your skin doesn\u2019t lose its moisture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Homemade Rose Bath Soak<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups Epsom salts<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>8-10 drops relaxing essential oil of choice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup dried rose petals (buy them online at organicmerchant.com.au)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>In a glass bowl, add Epsom salts and olive oil and stir until thoroughly mixed.<\/li>\n<li>Add the rose petals to the oil and salt mixture.
