Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana, peeled
  • ¼ cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 small peach, stone removed & chopped
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup quinoa flakes
  • ½ tsp chia seeds

Method


  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
