Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Red chilli, sliced, to taste
  • ½ tsp Niulife Coconut Sugar
  • ½ tsp Niulife Vegan Fysh Sauce
  • 1 tsp spring onion
  • 200g mango cheeks, sliced
  • Pearls 1 finger lime
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream

Method


  • In a small bowl combine ginger, lime juice, chilli, Niulife Coconut Sugar, Niulife Fysh Sauce and spring onion.
  • Arrange the mango slices on a plate. Spoon on dressing, finger lime pearls and coconut cream.
