Ginger and Citrus Roast Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Chicken provides plenty of protein to build and repair the body. It contains B vitamins including B12 needed to make red blood cells, B6 which plays a role in converting tryptophan into serotonin, and niacin required for energy production. Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory spice, used effectively to help reduce inflammation associated with arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. Ginger also helps stimulate circulation throughout the body, boosts immune function and promotes better digestion by relieving excessive wind.
