Ingredients

  • 1 That’s Amore Stella Alpina
  • 60g walnuts, chopped & toasted
  • 2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • Crackers

Method


  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the top of rind off the Stella Alpina, then place into a small baking dish. Drizzle with honey and bake for 25 mins, or until soft and gooey.
  • Meanwhile, place the walnuts in a skillet and toast over medium heat. Set aside and mix with rosemary.
  • Remove the Stella Alpina from the oven and add the walnut and rosemary mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt and serve with your choice of crackers.
