Mango Lassi

Introducing kids to spices via sweet food and drink can be a great way to adjust their palates. This lassi is lightly spiced with two potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory herbs. You can also freeze this into popsicle moulds for an ice-block variation or add a quarter of a cup of chia seeds and allow to soak into a delicious Indian-style chia pudding.
