Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼–½ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Method


  • Mix all ingredients except raspberries together.
  • Pour into small jar or bowl, either layering or topping with raspberries. Allow to set for at least 2 hrs in fridge.
  • Optional: If you prefer, you can mix the raspberries through the whole mixture in step 1.
