Ingredients

  • 200g peeled & deveined green prawns
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • 6 CORN THINS slices
  • Black & white sesame seeds
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

Method


  • Combine prawns, ginger, garlic, egg white, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small food processor, then pulse until it becomes a chunky paste.
  • Season with salt and pepper and spread evenly over 6 CORN THINS slices. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and air fry on 200°C for 8 mins.
  • Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
