Rooibos Vanilla Spiced Latte

Ingredients

  • 1-2 heaped tsp Rooibos & Rose Tea
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon & nutmeg, for garnish

Method


  • Pour boiling water over the Rooibos & Rose Tea in a mug and steep for 5-7 mins.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and coconut oil, adding the honey and vanilla when the milk has gently warmed. Stir.
  • Froth the milk mixture to your desired consistency and pour over the brewed tea.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
