Hibiscus & Mint Iced Tea
This vibrant & tangy iced tea is perfect for a hot day & offers a host of health benefits, including high levels of vitamin C & antioxidants.

Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 2-4 sprigs mint
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Method
- Pour the boiling water over the hibiscus flowers and let steep for 10 mins. Strain the tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
- Once cooled, add mint leaves and sweetener if desired.
- Serve over ice for a refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink.
