Citrus Rosemary Lemonade
This sparkling lemonade isa vibrant, herb-infused twist on a classic drink.

Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- 1-2 sprigs rosemary
- Juice 4-5 lemons
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Orange and lemon slices, to garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish
Method
- In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup water and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins to make rosemary syrup.
- Once cooled, strain out the rosemary.
- In a pitcher, mix together lemon juice, orange juice and maple syrup. Stir until sweetener is dissolved. Taste and add more sweetener as desired.
- Add the rosemary syrup and ice cubes to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Top off with sparkling water.
- Garnish with slices of lemon and orange and a sprig of rosemary for a beautiful presentation. Serve chilled and enjoy!
