Citrus Rosemary Lemonade

This sparkling lemonade isa vibrant, herb-infused twist on a classic drink.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 1-2 sprigs rosemary
  • Juice 4-5 lemons
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange and lemon slices, to garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, to garnish

Method


  • In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup water and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for approx. 5 mins to make rosemary syrup.
  • Once cooled, strain out the rosemary.
  • In a pitcher, mix together lemon juice, orange juice and maple syrup. Stir until sweetener is dissolved. Taste and add more sweetener as desired.
  • Add the rosemary syrup and ice cubes to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  • Top off with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with slices of lemon and orange and a sprig of rosemary for a beautiful presentation. Serve chilled and enjoy!
