Humanitarian aid

World Humanitarian Day

To mark World Humanitarian Day on August 19, 2015, celebrate the spirit that inspires all aspects of humanitarian work around the world.

Pay tribute to volunteers, aid workers, charities, and donor organizations who have given time, energy, funds, and often their lives to help the world’s most vulnerable people. To support humanitarian action use the hashtag #ShareHumanity on this day and the following week to join the rallying cry for humanity.
