  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop Cabot Health Ultimate Superfood Powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • Toppings
  • Cacao nibs
  • Granola
  • Fruit, sliced
  • Nuts, seeds & nut butter
  1. Place bananas, Cabot Health Ultimate Superfood and cacao powder in blender and blend until smooth. Add dash of water if blender is struggling.
  2. Scoop mixture into bowl and eat immediately, by itself or sprinkled with toppings.

Method

  • ½ cup rolled oats or quinoa flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • Small handful roughly chopped almonds or walnuts
  • ½ cup milk choice
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 scoop Cabot Health Ultimate Superfood Powder
  • 3 tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurt, to top
  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl or jar and allow to soak overnight or for at least 3 hrs.
  2. Top with yoghurt to serve.

  • 1 cup cherries, stones and stalks removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop Cabot Health Ultimate Superfood Powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Tip: Use frozen fruit for a thicker consistency.

Makes: 15–20 balls

Ingredients

Method

  • Dry Mix
  • ¾ cup cashews or other nuts
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds + extra for rolling
  • ½ cup Cabot Health Ultimate Superfood powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • Wet Mix
  • ⅓ cup dates, presoaked
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup tahini
  1. In food processor, blend dry ingredients until nuts are broken down. Remove from processor and set aside.
  2. Add wet ingredients to and blend until well combined.
  3. Return dry ingredients back to processor and blend until thick batter is achieved. If mixture is too dry, add a dash of water. If mix is too wet, add additional superfood powder or ground nuts.
  4. Form 1 tbsp of mixture at a time into balls and roll in sesame seeds.
  5. Store in airtight container in fridge.
