Simply Sauteed Broccoli Rabe And Asparagus

A simple but delicious side to accompany many a dish, or even just some scrambled eggs! You don’t even need to chop the vegies if you don’t want to.

Ingredients

Method

  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • ⅓ cup pepitas
  1. Optionally, roughly chop broccoli rabe and asparagus.
  2. Add a little olive oil to frying pan over medium–high heat.
  3. Add vegies and sauté for a few mins.
  4. Add chopped garlic and chilli and cook for 1 min.
  5. Transfer to plate, sprinkle over pepitas and drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
