Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tbsp Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar

  • 6 boneless pork chops, about 120g each
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Grilled vegies of choice, to serve

Method


  • In small bowl, whisk together honey, Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce, oil and Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar until mixed.
  • Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper and place in large resealable bag with mixed sauce. Seal bag and let rest for 1 hour.
  • Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove pork chops from bag, place on grill and cook for about 4 mins until pork chops easily release from grill.
  • Flip pork chops and cook for another 5 mins, then serve with preferred grilled vegetables.
