Ingredients

  • 1½ cup rolled oats
  • 250mL Procal Full Cream Milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 apple, grated
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp orange rind, grated
  • 200g Procal Greek Yoghurt
  • 200g blueberries
  • 200g strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped

Method


  • Combine oats, milk, pumpkin seeds, apple and orange juice in bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir orange rind and Greek yoghurt through muesli.
  • Top with blueberries, strawberries and walnuts to serve.
