Risk factors: undescended testicles, inguinal hernia and a personal history of mumps.

Symptoms: lumps in the testicle, enlargement of the testicle, thickening of the scrotum, pain in the testicle or scrotum, lower back, abdomen or groin ache, enlargement of the breasts and blood in semen.
