THE EXPERIENCE

Byron Bay Detox Retreats is the perfect place to go for your next wellness experience. Here, they offer three key programs: Signature Week Detox Retreats, Weekend Reset Retreats and Personalised Retreats, ensuring there are lots of programs to choose from. “We cater for all people depending on their intentions and how deep they wish to go,” Natalie says.

Prior to heading on a retreat, guests should undertake a pre-cleanse. “We always recommend a pre-cleanse for our Signature Detox Retreat and this will be sent out prior to retreat,” Natalie says.

The Signature Week Detox Retreat will see you experience five days of organic, cold-pressed vegetable juices, as well as an evening mineral broth and herbal teas. During your detox, you will be supported by naturopaths and nurtured with healing classes, yoga and meditation practice, as well as a sound healing session, to support your mind as well as your body.

At the end of the fasting period, guests will celebrate with a raw food class and enjoy delicious, wholesome cuisine for the remainder of their stay.

Weekend Reset Retreats are the perfect retreat for those who’d like a mini cleanse and reset but have less time to spend. This is also a great ‘top-up’ detox retreat to tide you over between week-long programs.

These three-night escapes see guests indulge in yoga, meditation, healthy cuisine, breathwork, ceremony and healing whilst surrounded by nature and like-minded beings. Finally, the Personalised Retreats are exactly as the name suggests — personalised to you. Personalised Retreats also include pre- and post-cleanse programs, blood pressure monitoring, herbal medicine, colonic hydrotherapy sessions, massage, yoga, meditation and much, much more.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

Byron Bay Detox Retreats use three properties for their retreats, with beachfront and hinterland locations.

One of the properties is nestled against the Arakwal National Park and features 630 metres of beachfront paradise where guests can enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds. The hinterland retreat is surrounded by lush forest, walking tracks and has a magnesium pool.

“We have a wide range of accommodation options from luxurious ocean-view suites, private cottages, two- bedroom beach cottages, and luxurious homes,” Natalie says.

“There is a variety of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets.”

Food at the retreat is wholesome and natural. “We are 100 per cent organic and offer cold-pressed juice fasting, water fasting or vegetarian meals,” Natalie says. “We believe true healing starts with purification.”
