Banana Dolphins Recipe

When selecting bananas for this party snack you want to find nice, brightly coloured bananas with hardly any bruising. Bananas are a power food. They’re a good source of potassium, dietary fibre, manganese and vitamins B6 and C. Potassium stimulates your muscles, nerves and brain cells and, as a bonus, can also help reduce blood pressure and risk of stroke.
