Keto Chocolate Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Any day where you can feel like you’re eating dessert for breakfast has got to be a good day, right? This chocolate keto smoothie bowl is super rich and creamy and feels like a decadent treat instead of a healthy start to the day.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (use pea protein for vegan option)
  • Toppings
  • Pecans, roughly chopped
  • Cacao nibs
  • Nut butter

Method


  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with pecans, cacao nibs and nut butter, or any of your favourite toppings.
  • Note: This recipe can be simply changed up by adding any number of flavours such as coffee, mint, orange or nut butter.
