Edamame, Avocado & Chilli Oil

CORN THINS® are not rice cakes. Made from corn, they taste delicious — like popcorn squished into a healthy crispbread. Plus, they’re gluten-free, non-GMO and contain good levels of fibre. You can enjoy them on their own or with your favourite toppings, like we’ve done here.

  • 3 CORN THINS slices
  • Handful edamame
  • 1 small avocado, thinly sliced Chilli oil


  • Remove the soybeans from the edamame.
  • Layer the avocado onto each CORN THINS slice, then add the soybeans and drizzle on some chilli oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
