Hibiscus & Mint Iced Tea

This vibrant & tangy iced tea is perfect for a hot day & offers a host of health benefits, including high levels of vitamin C & antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2-4 sprigs mint
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Method


  • Pour the boiling water over the hibiscus flowers and let steep for 10 mins. Strain the tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
  • Once cooled, add mint leaves and sweetener if desired.
  • Serve over ice for a refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink.
