Ingredients

  • 50g PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Restaurant Noodles
  • 4 shrimps
  • 5 clams
  • 700mL hot water
  • Green vegetables
  • 10g ginger, sliced
  • 30g carrot, sliced
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • ½ tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Sesame Oil
  • Salt & sugar, to taste

Method


  • Cook and loosen noodles in boiling water for 3-4 mins to soften.
  • Soak the noodles in cold water, drain and set aside.
  • Fry shrimp and clams in a pan, then boil for 3 mins in 700mL hot water.
  • Add green vegetables, ginger, carrot and mushrooms to the soup and season with seasoning materials. Boil for a few mins.
  • Mix the noodles and soup together. Serve.
