Our Kinesiology course combines traditional Kinesiology techniques with the key areas of complementary medicine, including counselling, acupressure, energetic medicine, nutrition and diet, and primitive reflex therapy. It draws on the best research, whether it is in Western Medicine, Eastern Medicine or Complementary Medicine.

An exercise program specifically designed to change the way women experience pregnancy. Utilizing the latest research in movement, Pregnant Pauses alleviates pain and discomfort while increasing energy to ultimately provide an overall healthier pregnancy.

David Zemach-Bersin presents four soothing, stress-melting Feldenkrais® experiences to help you calm and relax your body and nervous system and regain a healthy balance between relaxation and tension. As accumulated stress melts away, your breathing will improve and you’ll regain a sense of restfulness and inner balance. These are the lessons David uses to de-stress!

Designed to activate your brain’s potential for visual repair and improvement, this workshop with David Webber offers Feldenkrais exercises that you can use to improve the comfort of your eyes and the quality of your vision. Seeing Clearly has a relaxing effect and can reduce your dependence on eyeglasses and lessen the symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome. It also promotes a more comfortable jaw, head, neck, and shoulders, and reduces anxiety.

The Feldenkrais Method®, Meditation and Guided Inquiry. Learn how to break free from old, limiting patterns, with Russell Delman. This program harnesses the power of the Feldenkrais Method, meditation, and guided inquiry in such a way as to exponentially increase the effectiveness of each of the practices alone. Russell’s teachings provide a road map to help you access more of your potential.

Nineteen easy-to-use Awareness Through Movement® lessons designed to improve your postural organization, with David Zemach-Bersin and Marek Wyszynski. The exercises in this program are effective tools for your self-care. Interacting with your nervous system on behalf of your body, they are designed to reduce back pain and facilitate the development of new postural habits which are protective, shock-absorbing, and improve your balance and ease of movement.

Awareness Through Movement® with David Zemach-Bersin and Carol Kress. The ten lessons in this program can help you to develop greater comfort and efficiency in your body by improving your underlying neurological and musculoskeletal organization. They are effective and gentle, suitable for beginners and those recovering from physical setbacks or injuries.

The SEAUS 4 Professional Training Program will commence in February 2021. Teaching will rotate between Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. In cities where there has not been live teaching for that segment, dedicated review and coaching processes will be in place. This program is now accepting applications.
