Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 1 tsp barley-grass powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp 13 Seeds Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 large kale leaves
  • 250mL water or plant-based milk

Method


  • Roughly chop banana and apple into chunks. Remove kale leaves from stalk and tear into pieces.
  • Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately.
