Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
 - ½ cup coconut milk
 - ¼–½ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
 - ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
 
Method
- Mix all ingredients except raspberries together.
 - Pour into small jar or bowl, either layering or topping with raspberries. Allow to set for at least 2 hrs in fridge.
 - Optional: If you prefer, you can mix the raspberries through the whole mixture in step 1.
