Sweet Chilli Prawn Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 100g prawns
 - 1 slice Herman Brot®
 - Lower Carb Bread
 - 5 sugar snap peas
 - ¼ capsicum
 - 2 red chillies
 - Olive oil
 - 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
 - Juice 1 lemon
 
Method
- Prepare fresh prawns and cut into pieces.
 - Dice the snow peas and capsicum.
 - Finely chop the chillies.
 - Combine above ingredients in a hot, oiled non-stick pan and cook until al dente.
 - Add chilli sauce and warm through.
 - Top slice of toasted bread with mix and season with lemon juice to taste.
