Ingredients

  • 200g ginger, thickly sliced
  • 500g chicken wings
  • 50mL PRB Sesame Oil
  • 150mL PRB Sweetened Vinegar
  • 15g PRB Crystal Sugar
  • 30mL PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
  • Salt, to taste

Method


  • Fry the ginger with sesame oil until it is golden.
  • Place the chicken wings in a pan, cover and braise for 5 mins on low heat.
  • Season with sweetened vinegar, crystal sugar, cooking wine and salt. Braise for another 10 mins.
