Ingredients
- 200g ginger, thickly sliced
- 500g chicken wings
- 50mL PRB Sesame Oil
- 150mL PRB Sweetened Vinegar
- 15g PRB Crystal Sugar
- 30mL PRB Kwangtung Cooking Wine
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Fry the ginger with sesame oil until it is golden.
- Place the chicken wings in a pan, cover and braise for 5 mins on low heat.
- Season with sweetened vinegar, crystal sugar, cooking wine and salt. Braise for another 10 mins.
