Ingredients

  • 225g Brancourts Lactose Free Cottage Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Method


  • Preheat the oven to 1800C and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs and melted chocolate. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Add the cacao powder, protein powder and baking soda, then mix again until the batter is thick and sticky.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake for 20–25 mins. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely, allowing it to settle before slicing.
