Pan-Fried Lamb Chops with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- 5 lamb chops, approx. 500g
- 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
Method
- Use paper towel to pat dry the lamb chops.
- In a large bowl, mix together Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce and sea salt and marinate lamb chops for ½ hr.
- Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat and fry each side of lamb chop for 2 mins or to your preference.
- Serve with Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce as dipping sauce.
