Ingredients

  • 5 lamb chops, approx. 500g
  • 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce

Method


  • Use paper towel to pat dry the lamb chops.
  • In a large bowl, mix together Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce and sea salt and marinate lamb chops for ½ hr.
  • Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat and fry each side of lamb chop for 2 mins or to your preference.
  • Serve with Pearl River Bridge Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce as dipping sauce.
