Orange Braised Ribs
Tender orange-braised pork ribs with ginger and citrus, simmered in a flavourful Asian-inspired sauce for a delicious meal.

Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs, diced into 8cm pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50g sliced ginger
- 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Gluten Free
- Less Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Premium
- Oyster Flavoured Sauce
- 100mL orange juice
- 50mL Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar
- 40g sugar
- 250mL water
- Salt to taste
- 50g segmented orange pieces, diced
- 15g orange peel, thinly sliced
- 15g lemon peel, thinly sliced
Method
- Soak the ribs in water for 30 mins and rinse well.
- Heat the oil and ginger in a deep, heavy-based sauté pan or wide Dutch oven with a lid. Fry the ribs until both sides are golden.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the orange pieces and peels, cover and braise for 25 mins.
- Uncover and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the orange pulp and citrus peels before serving.
