Dairy-Free Coconut Yoghurt
The first time you make this recipe, you will need to buy organic coconut yoghurt to use as a probiotic starter.

Ingredients
- 1 tin Global Organics Coconut Milk
- 1 tin Global Organics Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp organic coconut yoghurt, as a starter
Method
- Empty the tins of coconut milk and cream into a glass jar. Add the organic coconut yoghurt and stir well with a wooden spoon.
- Place the lid on top of the jar loosely without closing the jar.
- Put the jar in a warm place. Leave for 12-24 hrs for the fermentation to take place, depending on the temperature. The warmer the temperature, the quicker the fermentation process.
- When the yoghurt is ready, store in the fridge for up to 10 days. Reserve some yoghurt for your next batch.
