Fried Mixed Noodle

Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce or add it to stir-fries and marinades for an extra flavour infusion

  • 100g PRB Restaurant Noodles
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 15g sliced chilli
  • 30g onion, sliced
  • 15g carrot, sliced
  • 30g ham, sliced
  • 1 tbsp PRB Golden Label Superior Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
  • ½ PRB Sesame Oil
  • Pinch salt
  • Sugar


  • Soak the noodles in hot water for 10 mins.
  • Add the eggs, chilli, onion, carrot and ham to a frying pan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • To make the sauce, add all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add the soaked noodles and sauce to the pan with the egg mixture and stir well.
  • Remove from the heat and serve.
