Studies have found that not getting enough sleep will impact your weight loss results no matter how much you restrict your calorie intake. Levels of ghrelin in the body rise when you don’t have enough sleep. Ghrelin reduces energy expenditure, stimulates appetite and increase the deposition in fat in the body.
