Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Stoney Creek Organic Brown Flaxseed Oil
  • Crumbed Prawns:
  • 3 ziplock bags
  • 1 cup Stoney Creek Flaxseed Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 16 raw banana prawn tails
  • To Serve:
  • Rice
  • Vegetables of choice

Method


  • To make the sauce, mix all sauce ingredients and set aside in fridge.
  • To crumb the prawns place flour, eggs and crumbs in separate ziplock bags.
  • Place prawns in the ziplock bag of flour and shake, repeat with eggs and then breadcrumbs.
  • While prawns are sitting in the breadcrumbs warm up some oil in a frying pan. Once oil is warm enough place prawns in the oil and cook until golden to golden brown.
  • Serve with rice and vegetables topped with sauce.
