Greenie Granola Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves, plus extra for topping
- ½ cup Carman’s Pink Lady Apple & Blueberry 5 Grain & Seed Granola, plus extra to serve
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little water for a thinner consistency if necessary.
- Pour into bowl and top with extra spinach and granola.
Turmeric & Chia Trifle
- 100mL plain yoghurt
- 130mL warm water
- 2 tsp Manuka honey, plus extra to serve
- ⅛ tsp ground turmeric
- 3 tbsp black chia seeds
- 4 tbsp Carman’s Almond, Vanilla & Cinnamon Granola
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 6 slices fresh banana
- A pinch toasted shredded coconut
- A pinch toasted flaked almonds
- In a medium size bowl, add yoghurt, warm water, honey and turmeric and stir to combine.
- Pour in the chia seeds and stir to combine.
- Leave to sit for 10 mins while the chia seeds expand.
- Divide the mixture between 2 glasses.
- Top each of the glasses with 2 tbsp of granola and 3 slices of banana.
- Drizzle each with half a tbsp of almond butter.
- Sprinkle with coconut and toasted almond flakes.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey.
Hot Pink Party Bowl
- Smoothie bowl
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ⅓ cup plain yoghurt
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp Pink Lady Apple & Blueberry Granola, to serve
- Baby spinach leaves, to serve
- Blueberries, to serve
- Sliced plums, to serve
- Place all smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little water for a thinner consistency if necessary.
- Pour into bowl and top with the granola, spinach and fruit.
