Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Pearl River Bridge Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 450g minced beef
  • 4 bowls rice
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp sesame seeds

Method


  • In a small bowl, w hisk together Pearl River Bridge Brown Sugar, Superior Light Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil. Set aside.
  • Heat up the oil in a large skillet, add garlic and cook for approx. 1 min until fragrant.
  • Add minced beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the sauce until well combined and simmer for approx. 2 mins.
  • Serve on top of rice, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
