Australian Outback Chai
Featuring wildcrafted outback spices such as Pepperberry from the mountain side of Tasmania and roasted wattleseed hand harvested in late summer from the southern Flinders combined with rooibos, ginger and cinnamon, our Australian Outback Chai makes an intoxicating brew with a sweet, spiced, nutty and coffee-like flavour. Tasmanian Pepperberry packs a more spicier and sharper punch to traditional pepper and has four times the amount of antioxidants than blueberries. This plant has not only served indigenous people as a flavouring agent for food over generations, but was also used as a traditional medicine to treat various ailments like stomach aches and skin disorders. Our Outback Chai won bronze at the Golden Leaf Awards, in the category ‘rooibos blend’.
