Dindi Cucumber Natural Cleansing Oil

Dindi’s Cucumber Natural Cleansing Oil certainly contains real cucumbers! It’s the fresh and crisp smell of cucumbers that hits you first when you rub this gorgeous cleansing oil into your skin. Free from palm oil, PEGs, synthetic fragrances, artificial colours, preservatives and other nasty toxins, Dindi’s Cucumber Natural Cleansing Oil has become a part of my dream skincare routine. Not only does it sooth and balance my skin tone, it keeps my skin feeling soft, hydrated and gently cleansed – without drying it out. A win, win!

ivadore REVIVE Awaken & Renew Exfoliating Treatment

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love chemically exfoliating my skin. At least once I week I will treat my face to a good dose of alpha-hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate my skin for a brighter and smoother complexion. I am always on the lookout for more natural options, however. When I tried Ivadore’s REVIVE exfoliating treatment I was pleasantly surprised at how potent the products’ naturally-derived AHAs and BHAs were. The BHAs in this particular product are derived from the salicylic acid in White Willow Bark extract and the AHAs are sourced from fruit and tomato juice! I am an experienced user of AHAs and BHAs but even taking that into account when trying a new product I err on the side of caution. After cleansing my face I applied a generous layer of this treatment to my face and neck and left it on for ten minutes. I then rinsed it off with luke warm water. I looked in the mirror and was so happy to see my face look back at me with visibly reduced pores and an undeniable glow.

ivadore Unearth Vitamin C Cleansing Gel

I absolutely love Ivadore’s Vitamin C Gel Cleanser! I am a self-confessed skincare junkie and vitamin C is constantly on my radar for its complexion-brightening properties. It truly is a must-have in any skincare regime. This wonderful little cleanser has a light gel-like texture and feels amazing on the skin. After just one cleanse my complexion was even and my skin felt refreshed, soft and bright. I chose to use it in the morning as I often use a vitamin A in the evening and the two can’t be used at the same time. I used a generous amount (about three pumps) and gently massaged it all over my face, neck and décolletage, leaving it on my skin for about a minute before rinsing off with cool water. If you want a more balanced, brighter complexion then definitely give this cleanser a try!

Karinda Purifying Cleanser

Some mornings when I wake up feeling a little sleepy, I need an extra dose of motivation to get me started. Instead of making a stronger coffee, I’ve been enjoying a cold shower coupled with Karinda’s beautiful Purifying Cleanser. It’s my new wake-up method and I’m loving it. The creamy, low-foaming cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean, energised and revitalised. When the cleanser is on my face, I can close my eyes and linger a little while longer in the delicious smelling botanics and herbal extracts. It’s absolutely divine!

Mavala Perfecting Foaming Cleanser

A little goes a long way when it comes to Mavala’s Perfecting Foam Cleanser. Its pump action turns a tiny amount of the formula into an airy, fluffy foam which feels beautiful on your face and neck. This cleanser is designed to detox your pores with its micellar formula that unblocks pores by attracting dirt and oil to it like a magnet. After just one use my pores were visibly smaller and my complexion was clear, smooth, squeaky clean and utterly refreshed.

Natio Rosewater Hydration Cleansing Water

Rosewater is so gentle and I absolutely adore the smell so I was a very happy beauty editor when this product landed on my desk. I don’t normally use micellar water, instead I remove makeup with an oil cleanser and then cleanse with my usual team of products. However, this product was so soothing on my skin that I’ve found myself skipping the oil cleanse and using this. All I did was pour it onto a cotton round and gently wiped it over my face and neck. Afterwards, my skin was squeaky clean, glowing and completely nourished.

Natural Instinct Pink Clay Cleanser

After a few weeks of using Natural Instinct I fell head over heels for the brand, especially for their Pink Clay Cleanser. It is one of the most soothing cleansers I have ever used on my skin. It thoroughly cleaned my skin and gently removed oil and makeup. After cleansing with this product my skin felt relaxed and calm and not ‘over-cleansed’ to the point of irritation. In my opinion, it promoted a more even skin tone as well. Win, win!

WaterWipes Sensitive Facial Wipes

I am always on the lookout for gentle and natural products that do not compromise on quality or effectiveness. WaterWipes have absolutely nailed the brief with their new Facial Wipes. Suitable for all skin types, these wipes are made of 99.9% water with just a hint of grapefruit seed extract (an astringent and antioxidant) as well as Dead Sea minerals. These wipes effectively removed my makeup (I used two wipes to remove all traces of makeup) and they even left my skin with a noticeable glow. My little sister, who is currently taking strong anti-acne medication, tried the wipes as well. She commented on how gentle and soothing these wipes were for her extremely sensitive skin. This is a product you can absolutely put your trust in. Go WaterWipes!
