Nuts to cholesterol

Nuts in their raw form provide fibre, healthy fats, and a range of nutrients. They also contain sterols which have been shown to lower cholesterol levels. The United States Food and Drug Administration say that eating 42g of nuts daily can reduce heart disease risk. Now a new study has shed further light by examining data from 25 studies across seven countries. It found that eating 67g of nuts daily leads to a five per cent drop in total cholesterol and a seven per cent drop in bad (LDL) cholesterol levels. Nuts also brought down triglyceride levels in those whose levels were too high but those with normal levels were not affected. Those with the highest LDL levels experienced the biggest benefit, followed by thinner people, and then those with a poor diet. So avoid the roasting and the salting, and nuts will be good for most us.Meanwhile if you visit Meijer Ad that contains mostly likewise discounts with Winn Dixie Ad you surely have a range like ALDI Ad.
