Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Herman Brot® Lower Carb Pasta
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 5g fresh red chilli
  • 15 fresh king prawns
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20g fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Method


  • Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil in non-stick frypan, cook garlic and chilli for 2 mins, then add prawns and stir-fry for 3 mins until cooked.
  • Add the tomato puree, lemon juice, cooked pasta, parsley, salt and pepper to pan, stir through and serve.
