Spicy Garlic Fried Lobster
Use PEARL RIVER BRIDGE(PRB) Superior Light SoySauce as a dipping sauce with your favourite Asian snacks or add it to stir-fries and marinades

Ingredients
- 1 lobster, chopped into cubes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Garlic Chilli
- Infused Oil
- 1-2 tbsp oil, for pan-frying
- 3 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs Sugar, to taste
Method
- Season lobster with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the lobster pieces until just cooked and golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, gently fry the garlic over low heat until fragrant and golden.
- Stir in Pearl River Bridge Garlic Chilli Infused Oil and panko breadcrumbs, seasoning lightly with sugar.
- Return the lobster to the pan and toss well to coat evenly. Serve immediately while crisp and hot.
