Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings, cut lengthwise
  • 15g cornstarch
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 30g grated garlic, approx. 4-5 cloves
  • 15g grated onion, approx. 1 onion
  • 60g Pearl River Bridge Sweet Chilli Sauce, to taste
  • White sesame seeds, to garnish
  • Marinade
  • 3 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Premium Seasoning Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Pearl River Bridge Oyster Flavoured Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Dark Soy Sauce
  • 5g Pearl River Bridge MSG
  • Salt, pepper & sugar, to taste

Method


  • Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place chicken in bowl, mix well, then coat with cornstarch.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken wings on low heat on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Add more oil to pan and sauté grated onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Return wings to pan, add Sweet Chilli Sauce, then stir well.
  • Sprinkle with white sesame to garnish and serve immediately.
