Get off that treadmill and head outdoors!

How does walking on the treadmill measure up to walking to indoors? Walking outside in nature is more than exercise. It’s a complete sensory experience. It also allows you the benefit of breathing in fresh air. When walking outdoors we are more present in the activity and therefore more conscious of the body.
