Elevate your summer spread with these 3 gluten- and guilt-free snacks made with Mayver’s Tahini to satisfy sweet-tooths and savoury-lovers alike!

Ingredients

  • 2 radishes
  • 3 button mushrooms
  • 200g red cabbage
  • 200g green cabbage
  • 100g cooked corn kernels
  • 100g edamame
  • 100g pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Lemon juice

Method


  • Slice radishes, button mushrooms, red and green cabbage.
  • Place into a bowl and mix with the corn kernels, edamame, pomegranate and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add mixture to lettuce cup and drizzle with Mayver’s Hulled Tahini and lemon juice.
